Hello, I'm Liz Jarvis, and I’m campaigning to be the next Liberal Democrat MP for Eastleigh.
I'm standing for Parliament because I want to help change the political narrative and give everyone in Eastleigh the opportunities they deserve. Eastleigh will be a key battleground at the General Election, because it’s so close here between the Lib Dems and the Tories.
So many people here have been telling me they want a fresh start for our area after years of failure by this Conservative government. They want an MP who will always put our community first, and represent all residents and businesses in our area.
Only the Lib Dems can beat the Tories in Eastleigh at the next General Election.
My team and I have spoken to thousands of Eastleigh residents who have told us they’ll be voting for me at the next General Election, including Labour supporters who know that the Lib Dems are best placed to kick the Tories out here. I’m so grateful for all the support.
- As the Lib Dem MP for Eastleigh I will always stand up for our residents and local businesses and represent our communities with honesty, passion and fairness.
- I want to restore trust in politics, after years of scandals and sleaze, and help to ensure we have a fair voting system.
- The Liberal Democrat team run Eastleigh Borough Council with 35 out of 39 councillors (and the Lib Dems had MPs here from 1994 to 2015). Labour don’t have a single councillor here.
- After 14 years of Conservative chaos, Eastleigh residents have been telling me they are desperate for a Fresh Start and proper representation in parliament. With your help, I can become Eastleigh’s next MP.
- I’m campaigning on the issues that matter to local residents, including action to save our NHS, tackle the cost of living crisis, and the sewage scandal.
Polls are predicting the Lib Dems can win Eastleigh. I have an amazing campaign team in place to help me win. All we need to make this happen is your help to finance my campaign. Unlike the Conservatives, we don’t have lots of big donors, so I’m asking you for any and all the support you can offer.
