Aim: We redistribute surplus food (and other items) back into the local community and build community in the local area.
On our second birthday we are launching a 'Go Fund Me' page to help cover some of our running costs while we apply for funding, etc.
With any money donated we will:
- renew our public liability insurance when the current one expires.
- be able to offer more of our volunteers the opportunity to earn their Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate. (This is currently self funded.)
- be able to respond quickly for additional kit when needed, for example, extra cool bags for volunteers.
- purchase more pastry bags, lanyards, gloves, cleaning materials, etc.
