Little Purple Unicorn - Face Shields

We are a little. family run business based in Kent who offer laser crafted, bespoke items for special occasions. Whilst we are not trading in our usual way we want to help the local community by creating essential PPE with assistance from our laser cutter to be used until the government can meet the demand needed.

We've created a scaled down prototype (modelled by Birthday bear who didn't need to see his patient!) and located the resources needed to be able to start making shields. In order to do this we need to raise funds. We've estimated that each shield would cost approximately £6 to manufacture, however, we will aim to provide one, free of charge, to a key worker not able to comply by the 2m social distancing for every £3 raised until our resources run out. At this point, we will donate any remaining money to the NHS Charities COVID-19 Appeal.
