Little Adventurers - Playgroup

Little Adventurers is a small playgroup located within the Victoria Shopping Centre in Southend. 

We provide a safe, comfortable and affordable space for parents/carers to bring their young children. 

We've had such lovely feedback from families who have brought their children to see us so far. 

Parents have expressed their gratitude as the playgroup has helped their children to grow in confidence. 

The positive feedback we receive helps to reinforce our belief that we are doing a great thing for our community. 

Our aim is not to make a profit, we simply just want to cover the costs of rent and bills. There are no wages to pay as the work carried out is voluntary. 

We've already had so many kind families donate toys to us for the children to enjoy. 

We're looking to raise £25,000.00 to help keep the playgroup going for another year. 

How the money be spent

Our main outgoings are rent and service charge, which totals to around £20,000 a year. 

The final £5000.00 will be put towards our electric and insurance for the year. 

If there is any money left over at the end, then we'll put it towards topping up our craft supplies. 

How you can help

The biggest help we could ask for is a donation on our Crowdfunder. Even the smallest amount can make all the difference. Every penny helps us to reach out goal. So whether you have 50p, £1.00, £5.00 or £50.00, we appreciate it all.

If this isn't something you're able to do, then we totally understand. You can also help by sharing our Crowdfunder with as many people as you can. 

Lastly, the final bit of support we could ask for, is for you to keep visiting our playgroup and spreading the word on what it is we do.
