LitSpeel is a collaboration & manual for therapeutic writing for those who are interested in healing themselves and loved ones. Writers pack includes: LitSpeel, notebook, pen & a packet of postcard to start you off.
How I got there? I was an adolescent receiving words and poetry from friends & family until I decided to write about my broken heart myself. Landed me on different stages, newsletters, books and radio stations. I gave it all up for years until I lost my father through death. I wondered if I should write again, I did, then I wanted to heal those who can get some form of relief to heal themselves and their loved ones, traumatic experiences which no-one wants to discuss or face again. Isolation, bereavement, minute mental health issues, neglect, broken relationships or difficult situations and more than anything else, moments from the past which still horrifies the human brain and being and finds comfort in unlawful activities and abuse for the self.
