Unfortunately this project was not successful.

We are bridging literacy gaps for disadvantaged kids by providing books, notebooks, and pens to empower and support the learning of kids.

We believe that every child should have the chance, resources, and opportunities to read, write, and grow. Unfortunately, many children in the UK face barriers to essential learning materials, meaning they are losing out on these opportunities. We want to change this.

Child Poverty in the UK:

4.2 million children in the UK live in poverty. Approximately 30% of children from the poorest households in the UK do not have access to basic learning materials such as reading books, stationery, and other educational resources. These children are at risk of falling behind in school and missing out on crucial opportunities for their future.

We believe that no child should be held back from reaching their full potential due to their household’s financial circumstance. We are campaigning to provide essential learning materials to children who might otherwise go without.

How You Can Help:

Your donation, no matter how small, can make a significant difference in a child's life. Here's how your contribution can help:

£25 can provide 10 children living in poverty with a notebook.

£10 can provide a child living in poverty with a literacy pack, including a reading book, notebook, and a pen.

£6 can provide a reading book to a child living in poverty.

£4 can provide a child with a notebook and a pen.

Every pound donated will have a positive impact the lives of children in need, giving them the tools they need to succeed in their learning and development.

Together, we can break the cycle of poverty and ensure that every child has the opportunity to thrive. Your generosity can help make sure every child has access to learning materials, because every child deserves a chance to read, write, and grow.
