Lighthouse Charity

The Lighthouse charity provides emotional, physical and financial support to construction workers and their families. Russells teamed up with the Lighthouse charity so that our employees could access both their helplines and mobile app.

The charity receives no public funding and relies on the generosity of those within the industry to help them continue their vital work.

To help the charity continue their great work, we will be hosting various fundraising events throughout Mental Health Awareness Week to say thank you for the support they have provided our employees.

The fundraising events will take place from 15th - 19th May.

At our head office, Monday to Friday, there will be a breakfast club where employees can purchase breakfast items by donating. 

‘Bake it or Fake it!’ At three of our sites, there will be a cake sale from Tuesday to Friday. 

On Wednesday at 10am there will be 'It's good to talk' coffee morning, where our employees will be encouraged to talk about anything other than work.
