supportersWe are fundraising to deliver another truly brilliant community Christmas event on the Ridgeway on Sunday 17th November 2024.

Each year, Plym Chamber CIC, traders on the Ridgeway and businesses in Plympton provide and install the Christmas Lights on Plympton's Ridgeway. We also put on a very popular and well-loved community event to bring thousands of locals along to a Christmas Fair and Light Switch on event.
The event itself brings performers from many local community groups and schools, along with stalls and opportunities to fundraise for their causes too. There's also a Christmas Market which complements the fabulous range of shops on the Ridgeway.
The whole project is enjoyed by the many thousands of locals and visitors to the area over the festive period as well as those attending the Light Switch On.
It's brilliant to see the community, businesses, traders, children, schools, charitable and voluntary organisations all coming together, to celebrate the festive season and to enjoy this time of year together.
