Aim: Been job hunting, no luck. Got a master's and undergraduate degree, haven't helped. Now trying to survive.

I have a master's degree and undergraduate degree yet I have been unable to find a job, not even a part-time. I have tried everything from walk-ins, online, apps, career services, agencies and even Reddit. Yet for the past year I have been jobless. I have decided to enter the content creation space online. And I would like some support for a laptop and few bills while I set up. I have been living off my friend's couch and currently using a 7 year old laptop. Would appreciate the help I can get to upgrade it. Thank you.
