Let's get the Layby Cafe and Shop going

Since the closure of a local cafe and the repeated requests of our regulars and the local community to open a fresh sandwich shop, we have decided to launch a new, hybrid store with a convenience store to the front and small cafe to the back which will serve delicious sandwiches, in a healthy way and a selection of hot food using more modern cooking techniques to try and keep our offerings healthy with a bit of jazz. The money we are looking to raise will help us fund the purchase of seating, cafe equipment, a new baby change facility and a jazzy store face-lift.
