Leek ASC Prize Draw

Our club needs fundraising now more than ever, and this is your chance to donate whilst entering a draw for some fantastic prizes!

Barclays plc have also generously agreed to support us with match funding. Therefore every £1 you donate will be doubled. Which is twice the reason to donate!

HOW WILL IT WORK?

For every £5 you donate your name will be entered into our prize draw once. A £10 donation receives two entries, a £15 donation receives three entries and so on.

Please ensure you leave your name and email address (not anonymous donations) if you wish to be in the prize draw.

We will be doing the draw on Sunday, 20 December at 2pm to announce our lucky winners and will contact them shortly after on how to claim their prize. Donations must be made by 10am, Sunday, 20 December if you wish to be entered into the prize draw.

• Entrants must be over 18 years of age.
•  UK entries only (over the age of 18 years) and must be willing to travel to Leek ST13 to collect prizes.
• Entries will be accepted between 6 December 2020 and 20 December 2020.
• Any donations made after 10am on 20 December will not gain entry into the draw.
• One entry per £5 donated.
• Entrants can pledge to this campaign without entering the prize draw.
• To enter the draw without pledging, please send a postcard with your name, email address, address and contact number to Leek ASC, Christmas Draw, C/- The Court House, Highfield, Leek, ST13 8SG.
• The winners will be chosen at random at 2pm on 20 December 2020 and will be contacted by email on how to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of the initial email being sent, the next winner will be chosen at random and emailed within 1 week.
