Aim: For the Children's Diabetes Clinic in Leeds to be able to provide essential items for peer support in clinic
The team at St. James's children's diabetes clinic in Leeds are an amazing bunch of health care professionals who need a little support to provide peer support for the families of the newly diagnosed children and the under 7 group. Their needs are not huge, a few niceties to provide a safe and open space for parents to speak to each other about their shared experiences, with a cuppa and biscuit. For the kids, juice and snacks along with a few items to enable craft activities. The money raised will be used to provide tea, coffee, juice and snacks along with those craft supplies much needed.
