Care Assistant, Laura, will be braving 48 hours locked in an aviary, as if that wasn't hard enough, she's doing it dressed as a badger.

All money raised will go towards helping the animals in our care.
2020 was the most difficult year of the 37 years at Vale Wildlife Hospital. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a huge impact on everyone, but it has been particularly difficult for animal charities who have received no government funding. Couple this with the loss of income from our charity shop (which equates to a third of our income), and the fact we had to cancel our two biggest fundraising events in 2020 (our Open Day and Christmas Fair), we have only been able to continue the work we do because of our amazing supporters.
Because of this, our Care Assistant Laura, has decided to endure 48 hours in one of our aviaries dressed in our badger mascot costume all to raise money for Vale Wildlife Hospital. She'll be 'locked in' from 5pm on Friday 28th May and will be 'let out' at 5pm on Sunday 30th May.
Please donate if you can, thank you for your support.
