Who have multi-facetted and complex issues, by providing free independent advice tackling the underlying causes of poverty, deprivation, isolation and to increase the quality of life by delivering ongoing support, re-injecting confidence and empowerment to regain self-respect and control.
We offer equality of access to our services, where our non-judgemental team welcome, listen and effectively unpack the issues and problems relating to benefits, welfare rights, money management, housing issues, advocacy, legal advice, family law, mental health support, education, training and employment. The Trust also provides advice and practical support to victims of Domestic Abuse and ex-offenders.
We offer clients a personal face to face service, tailored to meet individual needs.
