Knowle Park Primary School KS2 playground upgrade

Aim: KS2 back playground renovation with installation of new playground equipment to include climbing frame and wall surrounded by soft bark area

Knowle Park Primary School and PTA are looking for your help!

• We need to fundraise to improve the outdoor learning space for our school community
• The outdoor space is mainly used by years 3-6 but the whole school has access to it for various activities
• The work will start Summer 2025 and we have a fantastic chance over the next few weeks to raise much needed funds.

The new project will include new and exciting equipment made from natural wood which the children will love playing on and will provide hours of outdoor play - just what they need after working hard in class!

The equipment (pictured above) will consist of:

• Climbing wall
• Rolling log
• Wobble steps
• Twister climbing net
• Climbing frame with base net (Devon climber)

Our first PTA fundraising event was our first Art Exhibition in May 2025. This raised a fantastic £700 but we need more to complete the project. Our next playground fundraiser will be during our Pimm's stall at the Big Picnic on the 21st of June. The PTA will also be donating from existing funds.

There are many great ways that you can fund-raise either individually or as a group on behalf of the school community

This is a fantastic investment for the whole school for many years to come and we can't wait to be able to get this project off the ground thanks to your generous donations from past and present.
