• The promoter and benefactor of this prize draw is Kilted Dragon Distillery Ltd Registered 16351862

Eligibility

• The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years and over. You can apply internationally the minimum age will be dictated by the minimum age for alcohol applied in your country. Employees of the Promoter or the Benefactor and their immediate families, as well as anyone connected with the draw, are not eligible to enter.

Entry Method

• To enter, participants can purchase prize draw entries via this Crowdfunder campaign. Entrants may enter as many times as they like.

Dates

• The prize draw opens on 24th April 2025 9am and closes on 3rd July midnight Entries received outside this period will not be counted.

Prize Details

• The prize is a 1ltr oak keg with a choice of Kilted Dragon Signature blend (we will advise on best ones to mature if you would like to keep as an investment) this will be time and date stamped and certified as 1st batch or a 1ltr edition (this will be unique as not our standard size) certified as first batch and is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
• There are 3 available.

Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries using name generator software.
• The draw will take place on 4th July and the winner(s) will be notified on the day of the draw taking place we will broadcast live and update here. 
• Winners must claim their prize by email or social media within 30 days of being notified. Failure to claim the prize in time will result in another winner being drawn.
• Winners will be announced publicly via the Crowdfunder project page within 24 hours of the close date. Further details about publicity are below.

Personal Data

• Any personal data collected for the purpose of this prize draw will be used solely for administering the draw and contacting the winner(s).
• The data will be handled in accordance with UK data protection legislation and will not be shared with third parties without the entrant's consent.

Free Entry

• Free entry to the prize draw is available by social media , and full details on how to enter for free are clearly displayed on the Crowdfunder project page.
• To enter by for free entrants must follow our page and tag 3 friends.
• Only one free entry is permitted per person.
• Free social entries will be given an equal chance of winning as paid entries.

Publicity

• By entering, winners agree to allow the promoter and/or benefactor to use their name and image for publicity purposes, unless they request anonymity at the time of claiming the prize.

Disclaimers and Amendments

• The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the prize draw if circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable. Any changes will be communicated on the Crowdfunder project page.
• Crowdfunder is not the promoter of this prize draw and is not liable for the content or operation of this prize draw.
