My Why
This is one individuals ( a part time lecturer) quest to make a difference. I have been working on this qualification since it was launched, and it has been a roller coaster. 80% of the time I have thought about leaving. And it should not be like this. So I thought, what can I do to help others.
In today’s rapidly evolving educational landscape, T Levels represent a well needed critical step in bridging the gap between classroom learning and industry needs. These qualifications are designed to provide students with the skills and knowledge required for the modern workforce.
And yet the implementation of T Levels in schools and colleges has been challenging. Teachers and lecturers are tasked with delivering these new programs but often face limited time, resources, and support from management to fully integrate them into their curriculum.
My Aim
The T Level Management & Administration Hub aims to alleviate these challenges by providing a centralised platform that offers resources, guidance, and a collaborative space for educators, the students, their parents and potential placement employers.
This hub will empower teachers to more effectively implement T Levels in their classrooms, ensuring that students receive the best education and preparation for their future careers. By fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous support, it will help ensure that this T level gets the recognition and exposure it deserves.
I have taught myself google sites, google search console and domain forwarding and it is a constant learning curve as I try to make it bigger and better.
What is it
This hub represents all elements of the qualification and shows the depth of effort behind one new qualification being launched. My hope is that it will give new lecturers the confidence to start the qual and help existing lecturers focus their time more efficiently in other places too.
How will your contribution help me and the audience
Investment will allow me to complete the development of the website, enhance user experience, add valuable resources, and maintain a vibrant, up-to-date platform. With funding, I can also expand the reach of the hub, ensuring it becomes a go-to space for T Level Management & Admin resources, providing long-term value to the community.
