The global COVID-19 pandemic has created a very uncertain landscape for millions of British small businesses, which is going to make it very challenging for businesses to survive. Together we can help them.
We are a group of self advocates and self advocacy groups that has recognised that isolation is causing real concerns and problems in the learning disability community. Information shared is confusing and hard to understand. We want to set up regular zoom rooms for self advocates to meet from across England where they can ask questions about their concerns and most importantly speak to others to support their mental health. Lockdown means we have to do this using tablets/smart phones/notepads but many of our groups do not have one. We want to raise enough money to purchase some to get people talking again. Can you help?
We ask project owners to honour their rewards wherever possible but please note that all pledges are donations and there is no guarantee that you will receive any rewards from the project owner. Please see Crowdfunder's Terms of Use for more information regarding rewards for pledges.
