Aim: "Removing barriers to sport by offering 1:1 keep-fit sessions for cancer patients, tailored to their needs and recovery journey."
Cancer doesn’t just affect the body—it changes every part of life. For those fighting this battle, the road to recovery can feel long, isolating, and filled with obstacles. But there’s a way to help. At Acheinu Cancer Support, we are offering a unique opportunity for people living with cancer to regain strength, find joy, and take control of their journey again through our personalized keep-fit programme.
This isn’t just any exercise programme. For many, this is the first chance they’ve had to participate in fitness activities tailored to their medical needs. It’s a chance to move again—safely and at their own pace—without the limitations and concerns that often come with group classes or public gyms. It’s about reclaiming confidence, feeling strong again, and being empowered to live life fully, even while facing the toughest challenges.
Many of our participants have lost more than just their health to cancer. They’ve lost their confidence, their energy, and their ability to do simple things like go for a walk or play with their children. Your donation changes that. It gives them the opportunity to rebuild from the inside out with a programme that is sensitive to their needs and tailored to their individual condition.
Every contribution you make will go directly toward providing one-on-one fitness sessions with trained instructors who understand the physical and emotional toll of cancer. These sessions will not only improve physical strength but will also support mental well-being—helping individuals feel more connected to their bodies, their community, and their own potential.
Your generosity will make it possible for over 90 cancer patients in the Jewish community to access a safe, supportive, and sustainable fitness programme that will make a difference in their treatment and recovery. Help us offer more than just exercise—help us offer hope. Together, we can give them the strength to keep moving forward, no matter what.
