Kingswells Community Council 2026 Fundraising
Dear Kingswells residents and community,
Over recent years, many of us have noticed that parts of Kingswells have been somewhat neglected — with open spaces left untended, playparks in need of care, and green areas that could be so much more vibrant. We believe it’s time to change that.
The Kingswells Community Council is reaching out to ask for your kind and generous support in helping us enhance and revitalise our beautiful village. As a volunteer-led organisation, we operate with limited resources, and your contributions play a vital role in enabling us to continue our work for the benefit of everyone in Kingswells.
We are currently fundraising for 2026, with the goal of supporting a range of local improvement projects that will help make Kingswells an even better place to live. Potential future projects could include:
🍎 Organising new community events such as a farmers’ market, village BBQs, and even a Kingswells mini marathon
🌸 Creating welcoming flower walls and vibrant planting areas throughout the village
🛝 Upgrading our playparks and community spaces
🪧 Installing new benches, improved signage and nature pathway markers
💬 Introducing a community suggestion box and updated noticeboard
🌲 Improving woodland areas and access, creating inviting spaces for new nature walks
We want to make a real and lasting positive difference in 2026 and beyond — showing that we care deeply about the village we all call home. Our vision is to create a beautiful, modern, and connected Kingswells for all residents to enjoy.
Every donation, even just £1, will make a meaningful difference in improving the quality of life in Kingswells and the visual appeal of our village.
All funds raised will go directly toward community improvements and events.
(Please note: no funds will go to committee members, who serve on a voluntary basis.)
