Hi everyone - well we only have 7 days left! We're still overwhelmed with the support and excited about what it means we can do.

By hitting our target, we've been spurred on to dream a bit bigger, so we've set a stretch target of £12,500. This extra backing would allow us to rent a slightly larger space, so we can expand our sake brewing equipment and explore new varieties more quickly.
