K9focus is a charity which promotes responsible pet ownership & offers assistance within the community to prevent pets being surrendered. We also rescue rehabilitate and rehome abused and abandoned animals.

K9focus is a dog rescue charity that aims to help abused and abandoned dogs (together with the occasional cat, chicken, donkey and pig!).
It also works within the local community to promote responsible ownership by offering workshops and work experience to schools and other organisations. The rescue is run by volunteers who give their time freely and receives no official funding.
Help is also provided to people who find themselves in difficulties for whatever reason and unable to keep their pets due to the need for veterinary treatment. K9focus will help with vet bills enabling people to keep their much loved pet rather than having to surrender it.
The centre also offers a place for people suffering from various issues (depression, PTSD, learning difficulties etc) to come and relax with the dogs - we have found from their comments that this really helps them. It also provides an outlet for people to meet who otherwise might be isolated.
As mentioned, the rescue receives no official funding and relies on the support of sponsors - all donations will go directly to the rescue as we have no high salaries to fund - simply everyday running costs i.e. utilities etc. Thank you for your support.
