We have found a wide variation in the number of claims paid under terminal illness policies widely varies between life offices. This implies a massive problem which could lead to people suffering terminal illnesses being denied the money they need to have support at home and thus encourages them to choose to end their lives early. All life offices should be matching the bext and paying almost all terminal illness claims, not rejecting up to one in twelve.
