Terms and Conditions for British Blind Sport Online Prize Draw

1. Eligibility:

   - This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

   - Employees of British Blind Sport, their family members, or anyone else connected with the prize draw or its administration are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry Period:

   - The prize draw will run from Friday 29th November 2024 to Monday 16th December 2024 at 23:59 GMT.

3. How to Enter:

   a) Online Entry:

      - Visit https www.crowdfunder.co.uk/jude-bellingham-shirt-bbs-euros2024 and follow the instructions to enter the prize draw.

      - Complete all required fields on the entry form.

   b) Postal Entry (Free Entry Method):

      - To enter for free, send a postcard with your full name, address, email address, and phone number to:

       British Blind Sport

19 Coventry Road, Cubbington, Leamington Spa, CV32 7JN

      - Mark the postcard clearly with "Jude Bellingham Prize Draw”

      - All postal entries must be received by the closing date of the prize draw.

4. Entry Limits:

   - Entries are unlimited   

5. Prize:

   - An England Euro 2024 Home Stadium shirt signed by Jude Bellingham

   - The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

6. Winner Selection:

   - The winner will be selected using a random number generator

   - The draw will take place within 2 days of the closing date.

7. Winner Notification:

   - The winner will be notified by email or phone by Wednesday 18th December 2024.

   - If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 28 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and pick a replacement winner.

8. Prize Delivery:

   - The prize will be sent to the winner within 5 working days of prize acceptance as long as the prize winner has confirmed their delivery details by 5pm on Thursday 19th December 2024. If this deadline is missed, the prize will be sent the week of 6th January 2025. 

   - Any additional costs associated with prize delivery, other than standard postage to a UK Mainland address, are the responsibility of the winner.

9. Data Protection:

   - Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in our Privacy Policy.

10. General:

    - By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

    -British Blind Sport reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions without notice.

    - The prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform used to promote it.

    -British Blind Sport's decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. Governing Law:

    - This prize draw and these terms and conditions are governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
