Join me in building iRxcruit for young people

Aim: I’m building iRxcruit, a platform to help young people find jobs, get career support and feel confident about their future.
Hi, I’m Karimah. I’ve spent the last 7+ years helping young people get into work, reviewing CVs, prepping them for interviews and connecting them to the right opportunities. I’ve seen first-hand how confusing and disheartening the job search can be, especially when you don’t have the right support or networks.
That’s why I’m building iRxcruit, a platform that makes things simpler. It gives young people clear guidance, access to real jobs, and the confidence to take control of their future. Think of it like an indeed/reed for young people.
I’ve been running this solo so far, helping over 200 people along the way but to bring this platform to life properly, I need your support.
This first round of funding will go towards:
- Building the first version of the platform
- Creating content and resources (CV tips, interview prep etc.)
- Running workshops to reach more young people and get the message out there
