I have been baking and cooking for over 12 years, I love to test new flavours and combinations and always get great feedback, after baking cakes for an office party I was approached and asked if I would consider going out on my own. A dream I have looked at for a while. The oppourtunity consists of a coffee and cake trike with an established location for the foreseeable future, my dream was halted after looking at what the costings to get everything started. I am all but ready with things in place but stock is holding me back.
