• Terms and Conditions – Soccer Aid 2022
• Entrants must be over 18 years of age.
• Players must reside in Great Britain (England, Scotland, Wales).
• The prize draw is not open to the Promoter’s employees, families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the draw.
• The Promoter is the United Kingdom for UNICEF (‘UNICEF UK’), registered charity number 1072612 (England & Wales) and SCO43677 (Scotland).
• Entries will be accepted between 07:00 am GMT Monday 6th June 2022 and 18:00 pm GMT Sunday 19th June 2022.
• Entrants may enter as many times as they like.
• The cost of each paid entry to the draw is £5.
• To enter, make a pledge on the match-worn item you want to win and select the number of prize draw tickets you wish to purchase.
• The prize is Joe Cole's matchworn shirt from Soccer Aid 2022.
• There is only one prize available for this specific prize draw. Please note: other Soccer Aid 2022 players’ items are available in other prize draws.
• To enter the draw for free, please send a postcard with your name, address, email address and contact telephone number to: UNICEF UK, Soccer Aid Prize Draw, 1 Westfield Avenue, London, E20 1HZ. Entries must be sent on a postcard or on or within an envelope and must include: SOCCER AID PRIZE DRAW - JOE COLE'S MATCHWORN SHIRT -so we can ensure you are entered into the right draw! Entries received on anything other than a postcard or envelope will not be accepted. In the case of multiple entries received in a single envelope or postcard, only the one entry (the first) will be entered into the promotion. Entries sent by post must be received by the closing date and time for receipt of entries. Postal entries without correct and sufficient postage paid will be invalid and will not be considered. Personal and hand deliveries will not be accepted.
• If you choose to participate, the Promoter - UNICEF UK will receive your name, address and entry details, in order to manage your participation in this prize draw. UNICEF UK will use your information to process the entry into the prize draw, to enable a selection of a winner and for analysis purposes. UNICEF UK’s < https://www.unicef.org.uk/legal/cookies-and-privacy-policy/> sets out how they collect, use and store your personal information.
• As Promoter, UNICEF UK will keep entrants' personal details for a reasonable time so that it can send any prize that an entrant has won, to verify that these rules have been complied with, and for accounting purposes.
• All entries to the prize draw will be entered into a random draw that is conducted within 28 days of the closing date as stated in the terms.
• The draw will be conducted by UNICEF UK in the presence of two witnesses, using an online random number generator. 
• The first number drawn will win this prize.
• Winners will be contacted by email after 13th July 2022. If a winner does not respond within 28 days of the initial email being sent, a second email will be sent and if no response is received within 1 week, the next winner will be chosen at random. The next winner shall be subject to the same process described.
• The winner will be sent their prize between July and September 2022. Prizes are to be sent within the United Kingdom only.
• All winning names will be displayed on the Crowdfunder page to comply with UK prize draw rules.
• The Promoter may disqualify any entrant whose entry does not comply with these terms and conditions (in Promoter’s sole opinion) or who, in Promoter’s sole determination, has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants including, without limitation, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, manipulating or rigging votes, hacking, deceiving, cheating or by harassing or threatening other entrants or a representative of Promoter.
• These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction.
• By entering into this draw, each entrant consents to these terms and conditions.
