Aim: Im trying to raise funds to allow me to start a business and help others who are in a similar situation to myself.

2024 was a very tough year for me personally, at 43 years old I found myself a single dad of three boys, struggling with depression and on medication, and over weight at 14st 7lbs. My life was not in a very good place and I was on a downward spiral, I knew I needed help. At the start of 2025 I decided to enrol with a fitness and lifestyle coach which cost me £1200, I was fortunate at the time to be able to afford this. It has been a great success, I have managed to drop 30lbs in six months, come off the medication for depression and make some real positive changes in my life. 

I'm looking to raise funds to be able to turn this passion into a business which will allow me to help others, I feel as appose to many of the online fitness influencers who all have six packs and in amazing shape, never been overweight or in struggles, I bring something a little different. Having been in the place many of the clients will be, out of shape, overweight, I feel i have a more personal approach to helping people having lived the same situation many of these people find themselves in, offering not only fitness advice by lifestyle coaching.

To be able to reach as many people as possible, promote the story and have a platform to offer help to others I will need to launch on all social media sites, produce an app and website, along side promotion and advertisement.
