Aim: Help bring 'Jimmy Made Parole' to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe!
'Jimmy Made Parole' is a one-man romantic crime-comedy theatre show.
Join ex-con Jimmy as he brings you along to get ready for his first date since he got out of prison that morning. Along the way he’ll introduce you to a cavalcade of crooked characters, talk you through a smorgasbord of shady schemes, and entice you with a variety of vices. All in the name of love.
Low Bar Theatre was founded in 2023 and made their Edinburgh Fringe debut with 'Five Short Plays Loosely Linked by the Theme of Crime'. They followed it up in 2024 with 'Four More Short Plays Loosely Linked by the Theme of Crime'. Both shows received five-star reviews and audience praise:
Charles Edward Pipe is a writer, director, producer, and performer. He was awarded a place on the London Library Emerging Writers Programme 2021/22. He is known for his wry, offbeat sense of humour, and his interest in genre and period pieces. This is his solo show debut.
