Hi, my name is Jarryd Findley — and this is something I never imagined having to write.
Over the past few months, I’ve been going through the hardest period of my life. I’ve been diagnosed with multiple mental health conditions, including Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder (EUPD) and depression, and am currently facing a serious mental health crisis. Medical professionals have officially declared me unfit for work — not once, but across multiple assessments — as I struggle daily with emotional instability, severe anxiety, and the overwhelming impact these have on my ability to function in everyday life.
I’ve tried my best to keep going, to stay strong, to manage alone. But the truth is: I can’t anymore. Right now, I need time, support, and access to proper care — therapy, recovery programs, and basic living costs while I’m unable to work.
That’s why I’m reaching out to ask for your help.
Every contribution, no matter how small, will go toward covering essential expenses during this period of recovery — things like rent, food, therapy costs, and simply being able to stay afloat while I focus on getting better. If you’re not in a position to donate, please consider sharing this page. It might reach someone who can.
This is difficult and vulnerable for me — but I’m doing it because I believe in getting better, and I know I won’t get there without a little help.
Thank you for reading this. Thank you for seeing me. And thank you for any support you can offer, even if it’s just a kind word.
With love and hope,
Jarryd Findley
