JAMES'S GOODBYE GIFT

Aim: James has left Friars after five years of running the place. Send him a little something if you've ever enjoyed a drink and a dance there!

After five years of running Friars, working all hours and repeatedly being promised thousands of pounds of back pay by the owners, James has left for pastures new and a job that pays him properly and regularly(!!)

We're two mates of his who have loved having him running our favourite bar, have seen him working like a dog to keep Friars running in the face of it all, and aren't happy with how he's been treated by the owners... So we've put a whip-round together for him! 

If you've ever enjoyed a drink, a dance or an event at Friars, or if he's given you a job, a place to practice with your band or a DJ set, please consider chucking a little bit of money at this fundraiser. 

100% of the proceeds will go straight to James, as a token of our appreciation.
