Itchen Abbas Hamper Draw 2024

Terms & Conditions

1. You must be over 18’s and a resident of Great Britain to enter this draw.

2. To Enter you will need to:

a. Buy a ticket on our crowdfunder page. The cost is £1 a ticket/entry.

b. Write to us, with your contact details, at our postal address.

3. This draw is run by the ‘Itchen Abbas Parents’ , our Itchen Abbas Primary School’s PTA. 

4. Tickets will be available from the 1st -30th November, with the draw to take place at 4.30pm on the 30th November at our Christmas Fair:

5. There will be 5 main hampers to win, one of these beautiful hampers has be kindly donated by the West Lea Farm Shop. The remaining 4 hampers have been compiled with generous donations from families with children at the school. We also have ‘runner up’ prizes from wonderful local businesses and further rises may be added before the draw is made. A full list of the prizes will be available to view at our Christmas Fair.

6. Winners will be contacted via email as soon as the draw closes.

7. Prizes cannot be posted, and should be claimed in person. Deliveries can be arranged by hand for Hampshire postcodes.

8. All funds raised from this draw will be donated to Itchen Abbas Primary School.
