Too many men struggle in silence. Suicide is the leading cause of death for men under 50, and 40% of men have never spoken to anyone about their mental health.
That’s why we’re raising funds for INCOURAGE, a not-for-profit helping men open up, connect, and transform their lives through transformational workshops and weekends.
With your help, they can expand their work into more sports clubs, workplaces, and schools. Giving more local men subsidised opportunities to rediscover their courage.
