IMPACD CIC Danceathon 2025

Aim: I am committed to inclusive dance opportunities for every body, 30 hours continuous dance will bring in much needed core costs for IMPACD
I am a mum of 4, Nana of 6 and one of the directors of IMPACD CIC whose aim is to make dance inclusive to all bodies of all abilities from all backgrounds. Having appreciated the benefits of dancing my whole life I know the difference it can make to both physical and mental well-being. We are practicing what we preach and using the power of dance to bring physical and emotional healing and inclusive community to isolated people across Nottingham. 30 hours non-stop on the dancefloor at our accessible dance studio will push us to our physical limits but will hopefully bring in much needed core costs. IMPACD has been a life-line for hundreds of people since the pandemic socially distanced us from one another. Last year our 24 hour danceathon was a great success, this time we are giving it absolutely everything we have - 30 hours to earn £30,000
