Aim: Young independent theatre company ANTITHÈSE needs your help on our journey to the Camden Fringe and beyond!
Our production company is thrilled to bring a new play with songs called I LOVE TO FLY, written by Anton Chesnokov, directed by Alexandra Simonet & Anton Chesnokov, to the Camden Fringe! We are running for 6 nights at the Little Angel Theatre, and we are so excited to share our show with you!
I LOVE TO FLY is more than a fringe comedy, it is a heartwarming theatrical kaleidoscope. Inspired by Pablo Picasso and Jim Jarmusch, the play brings together five stories set at one airport gate and delves into reasons behind the fear of flying. It is also, like all great stories, about love!
Why We Need Your Support
Creating new work, as we know, is becoming harder and harder, but being artists we are determined to keep going and make compelling and experimental work for theatre lovers. Costs are high, and we are committed to paying our actors fairly, but we need your help in funding the cost of the theatre, marketing, and production costs to make this the best production it deserves to be.
Our Financial Goal
We are asking for your contributions to help us reach our £2,930 goal. This amount will cover:
● Rehearsal Space £650: Ensuring we have the time and place to perfect our performance.
● Theatre Rental £1430: Covering the remaining hire fee at the Little Angel Theatre.
● Production Costs £500: Including costumes, props, and set design.
● Marketing Costs £100: Flyers, social media ads, and promotional events.
● Recording of the Show £250: To share with a wider audience and document our work.
