I desperately need rent and food

Aim: Due to mental health issues, I was rendered temporarily unable to work. I can't afford my rent, food or even sanitary products.

I've struggled with my mental health ever since I was a young girl, and it finally culminated in my being unable to go into work. It was so bad I could barely leave my bed, and relied entirely on food deliveries for my food.

The problem lies in the fact that now my rent has come out for the new place I'll be moving to, and it's put me immediately into an unarranged overdraft for over £1000. I still have to pay rent for my old place for the next two months too because of my contract, which means another £1400 will be leaving my account soon - and I can't stop it.

I can't afford any food anymore and have nothing in to eat. I'm a girl, so sanitary products are a monthly necessity and I can't afford to buy them either.

I have nobody to ask to help me, and don't qualify for any loans - I've put research into all of them. I really just want to avoid debt and be able to live stress free - this is putting a huge toll on my mental health and I'm worried it might be too much for me.

I have already - against my doctor's orders - started working again. I only work for minimum wage, though, so I can't escape this debt with the only 2 shifts a week they're giving me.

I don't want to do something stupid, so this is my last resort.
