I am going to complete 100,000 steps

I am raising money for a charitable cause that is very important to me "The Captain Tom Foundation 100 challenge". When I saw this, I thought, having worked in the NHS for most of my working life how could I help? I know from experience how incredibly hard NHS staff have had to work over the past 14 months. I have lost someone I held dear to Covid and we live next to 2 incredible NHS Nurses who have worked tirelessly throughout the pandemic. Plus all my colleagues and the many more fantastic people who have continued to work to keep us safe throughout. Sometimes at a cost to there own Mental and Physical Health. Anything you feel you can contribute towards helping me achieve my target will be massively appreciated.
