I am asking for donations to rescue 4 dogs from ho

Hello I'm begging for your help in raising funds to rescue this dog from a kill shelter in Romania.  This dog is crushed 24/7 into a small crate, he is never let out, he does his toilet in there and can barely turn round or lay down.  He is in much pain, and has given up and closed down.  This poor baby needs out urgently, before he is put to sleep.  Please please help me raise the funds to get him into a foster home, until a loving home can be found.  I need to pay for his foster care on a monthly basis, his transport to the foster and vet bills.  Any amount of money will help him, no matter how small.  I'm begging for your help.
