‘Hustle for the Muscle’ - LIVE HIIT workout class

Having been fundraising for the NHS previously, I feel the time is right for change! The ‘Black Lives Matter’ movement needs all the energy I can give it right now. Having been subjected to my fair share of racism growing up I can’t stand and watch what’s currently happening without doing something about it.

Being a mixed raced guy, I’ve never been fully black or fully white to identify whole heartedly with either culture and fully understand the struggles or position of power that either race endures. But one thing that I do whole heartedly agree with is UNITY.. the BLM movement has highlighted the cracks in the system and it is down to us pioneers to help address that and make a change.

Having grown up 2 streets away from where Stephen Lawrence was racially murdered, I’ve encountered numerous occasions of both verbal and physical assault. I was lucky enough to be able to shrug off these past events.

I want to support the ‘Stephen Lawrence Charitable trust’ so that kids don’t have to experience a world like that growing up.. subjected to hate, because of the colour they were born.
