Sudan is today the world’s largest child displacement crisis, with an es1743780293_drc-hunger-crisis.jpgtimated 5 million children who have fled their homes since April 2023, including nearly 1 million children acros1743780429_b26bbcd0-idp.jpgs borders particularly to Chad, Uganda, and South Sudan. Children have endured almost two years of uncertainty, trauma and violence Sudan and the Democratic Republic of the Congo experiencing a major humanitarian crisis, with millions of people, including children, displaced within the country and across bo1743780375_b26bbcd0-idp.jpgrders.

This makes Sudan and the Democratic Republic of the Congo the world’s largest child displacement crisis. International Islamic Youth League IIYL in collaboration with our partners has distributed over two thousand 1,000 metric tons food and non-food items to over 151,605 internally displaced persons in Sudan and refugees in Chad, Uganda, and South Sudan our aid convoys also distributed food aid to the Internally Displaced in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
