HSE for womens charities in Derby

Aim: Set up a website to undertake HSE and eisk management projects for womens charities in Derby (domestic violence to start).
I'm ex HSE for over 10 years in UAE, although circumstances have bought me back to the UK. I was recently Office Manager for a Derby Women Centre, although this is not my skill set the CEO recommended I set up a business (I could not fulfil probation period requirements).
I will be working with the Centre as my first client and look forward to working with more charities who need my skill set.
I need starter funds to launch the site, promotion, travelling costs etc.
