Horse cross country track and dog paddocks

We are a hardworking young family working hard to for filling our dreams to work outdoors in the countryside with people and animals . Me and my partner are very hard working I work as a carpenter and she is a hr manger , we work all the hours we can to try push our dreams on while still making time to do stuff as a family . We are looking to raise money to kick start our new venture , this will consist of a horse cross country track and secure dog walking paddocks . We are in talks with a couple of land owners with suitable land in our area .  We’d spend the money raised on drainage ,  fencing and horse jumps to get us out the ground and keep building on our foundation the more we grow the better we become . One bit of land we have ear marked is a special needs charitable organisation if we got the go ahead for this bit of land we’d be looking at how we could bring some of the service users in to work along side us .
