Home-Start Norfolk

Home-Start Norfolk is a community network of trained volunteers that work with countless families across the county with at least 1 child aged 0-5. We offer specialised support in many areas such as mental and financial wellbeing, healthy eating, isolation and school readiness to name a few, aiming to ensure that children get the best start in life. Our highly trained Family Support Coordinators assess each family’s needs and match them with one of our trained volunteers, where they visit at least once a week to provide all kinds of catered support and advice.

In the last financial year Home-Start Norfolk has helped over 250 families overcome their challenges, either through home visits, remote advice or aiding them to get the right help for their needs. However, whilst we have successfully visited these families, our referral rate has sky rocketed by 70% in the last year also. We need your help in raising funds to ensure we are able to give every family who needs us access to our support.
