Holiday Dream Let in Portugal

Aim: The aim is to buy and renovate stone house in sunny Portugal.

Hello! I happy to share my vision for this Dream Holiday home renovation. I Am looking for 100k to buy and renovate a stone house, I will do it myself with the help of family and  friends in Portugal. In central Portugal close to 2 beautiful river beaches, 1 hour 20 min to Lisbon airport an drive 2 hours to Porto, 30 min to Fatima sanctuary, Nazare surf giants  only 75min away! Plenty of activities for all the family.

My mom makes this bacalhau com natas (Cod with cream) in the oven to die for!

Price range will be from 100 euros per night and 250, depending on season and number of people. Credit to be used on direct bookings only.

I also intend to offer transfer services and chaperone, we can drive to the best attractions, best restaurants (with a local.. its always better value ;-)) 

Also private chef will be available, so you have home made traditional Portuguese food, after a day of adventure!

I aim to have high quality finishing on the house, rustic chic, wood and stone. 1 to 8 people capacity, 3 bedrooms.. will be able to fit 10.. with sofa bed.
