Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

    1.    Eligibility:

    •    Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter the prize draw.

    •    The prize draw is open to all residents of Earth

    2.    Entry:

    •    To enter the prize draw, participants must purchase a ticket(s) through the campaign listed on the Crowdfunder website.

    •    The cost of each prize ticket is as listed on the Crowdfunder website. There is no limit to the number of tickets a participant can purchase.

    3.    Prize Draw:

    •    The prize draw will take place on September 25th 2024 at 8:00pm. The winner(s) will be selected randomly using an automated system.

    •    The winner(s) will be notified via email or phone within 48 hours of the draw.

    4.    Prizes:

    •    1st Prize: Two return flights to Antigua, where the winners will join the epic Atlantic Row landing celebration in January/February 2026.

    •    2nd Prize: A commissioned painting by Georgie Harrison of the winner’s favorite beach or coastal memory. Once the prize has been drawn, HODL ROW LIMITED will facilitate the introduction to Georgie Harrison to start the commissioning process. 

    •    Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

    •   HODL ROW LIMITED reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

    5.    Claiming Prizes:

    •    To claim the prize, winners must provide valid identification and may be required to sign a receipt or release form.

    6.    Publicity:

    •    By entering the prize draw, participants agree to the use of their name, image, and/or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

    7.    Limitation of Liability:

    •    HODL ROW LIMITED is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation in the prize draw or from the acceptance or use of any prize.

    •     HODL ROW LIMITED will not be liable for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control.

    8.    Data Protection:

    •    Personal data collected during the prize draw will be used solely for the purpose of administering the prize draw and will not be shared with third parties without the participant’s consent.

    9.    Governing Law:

    •    These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [insert jurisdiction], and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [insert location].

    10.    Changes to Terms and Conditions:
