Hitchin Market Buskers

Aim: We aim to be able to support all local talent with a permanent place to busk and perform.

Hitchin Market's event coordinators have started the task of creating a permanent spot for people to come and busk on the riverside next to Hitchin Market.

This is in hopes to be able to give all those wanting to get into the music industry or wanting to busk and share their talents, a permanent space. We are hoping to get our own sound system to allow everyone to come along and join in and not just those with an amplifier. 

This opportunity is open to the public every Saturday with the only stipulation that it is booked in through Hitchin Market Buskers to ensure that everyone gets the opportunity and is undisrupted through out. 

There is only so much the event coordinators can do as they have no funding, so to be able to have support from the public to make the an open space for all would benefit us greatly.
