This illustration by Jem Panufnik was commissioned by 1690Post, a short-lived San Francisco music blog in 2014. Giclée fine art print on Hahnemühle German Etching paper, limited to an edition of 20, signed and numbered. This image celebrates the post-war jazz explosion in San Francisco. 1690 Post is the address of the famous Bop City club in the borough of Fillmore, which could be viewed as Eel Pie Island’s State-side counterpart.
