Over 580.000 people were left homeless in the south of Brazil by unprecedented floods. Every little help is welcome.

The state of Rio Grande do Sul, southern Brazil, is experiencing the biggest tragedy in recent years, perhaps the biggest in the history of the entire country.

According to official numbers (still provisional) released by Civil Defense on 5/15/2024, they record: 157 deaths, 85 missing, 581,633 displaced, and 2,339,508 people affected. (Source)

Various reports always point in the same direction: Many people lost everything they had, their belongings, their homes; industries and businesses lost their stocks and structures. Unfortunately, many people affected will also not have their jobs, making the general situation even more difficult.

Faced with this scenario of calamity and suffering, this initiative aims to help the victims of this tragedy, so that little by little, with everyone's help, they can resume and rebuild their lives.

The amount collected will be allocated to one of the organizations involved in the relief efforts, with the proof of payment dully presented here.
