We have a fully trained dedicated energy adviser who is on hand to support vulnerable clients either in fuel poverty by looking at potential hardship funds or whether we can get them a fuel voucher if on a prepayment meter. He is also there to support clients with energy advice on potential efficiencies to try and save money or if they believe their energy bills are wrong. Being a charity we have to self fund this post and we believe that it's crucial to have that support for people who are in fuel crisis as as it's the biggest expense many people have in this current cost of living crisis.
