killing my dreams because they can, to make me homeless, and stop me from proceeding helping injured stray animals and unfortunate people.

The Cat in the picture was a stray Cat around here called Snowy, she belonged to someone living in the street who kicked her out to fend for herself at just two months old so I took her in every day and night and I fed her and I flea treated her regularly until she was nearly a year old so she was in great condition and didn't hunt the birds, then all of a sudden she was taken away and put into a cat home because the neighbours were complaining and her owner refused to look after her and it left me heartbroken because I knew I couldn't keep her here because I don't own the property, I really despise her owner for neglecting her and then getting rid of her for nothing, she was such a beautiful clever Cat.

When stray Cats get fed well, they don't hunt wild prey, birds can nest in peace and the young can ground feed without looming threats and life can go on unhindered.

There are a lot of stray Cats around my area, I love them all but feel hopeless to help them because I don't own my property so I can't invite them in to put flea control treatment on them or feed them and water them properly because of the letting agency, and it's terrible for them in winter trying to find shelter under parked cars in howling freezing winds, saturated fur and in an awful way and I can't convert it to help the Cats until I own the property, I want to build them a Cat sanctuary where they can go into in winter from the elements, if they won't come indoors because they are feral, some are friendly and others are cautious but they always come for food if I leave it outside on the roof but there is zero shelter there for them in winter and sometimes they meow outside the window to come in, but because of the letting agency stating I have to stop going out onto the flat roof it's making my life a misery , they want to sell the property so time is not on my side right now, I'm trying to raise the money as quick as I can to secure it, because I can use the downstairs of the property to help unfortunate people.

It's an old property over 150 years old so it does need some changes made because I want to covert the downstairs for disabled and unfortunate people because it is close to the beach and would be just right for people to rest and recuperate there and the Cats will be upstairs so it would be perfect for Cat lovers to stay here but separate from people who don't like them which are few.

When I say people with disabilities I mean any kind of differently abled people, my own adult son has full blown Tourette's syndrome, and he does struggle from time to time, some days more than others and he is a Cat lover with a beautiful Siamese Cat and she helps him a lot emotionally and friendship wise and he knows this house is not meant to be sold for greed by letting agents because it is meant for much better things.

So if all you lovely people out there can help me secure this funding by August/Sept this year 2025 I will be forever grateful to you because you will helping more than you will ever know, the letting agents are sending a property valuer here tomorrow 10/04/2025 so I haven't got long to raise the funds and I'm worried. I reckon the property valuer calling here tomorrow will estimate it anything between £150000 to £250000 I'm not sure but as soon as I know it's value I will update it on here straight away.

To all supporting this cause, I will be asking Go Fund Me for an extension on the timescale I have to raise the funds as it is set to end next month but will be extended further for your support.
